Position Details:
Title: Journeyman Electrician
Location: New York, or New Hampshire (Remote)
Shift: Day shift
Compensation: $30-$40/hr.

Travel: Willingness to travel 100% of the time, home for long weeks every 2 to 3 months. Depending on region and time of year.
Position Description:
The Journeyman Electrician will enhance electrical infrastructure projects, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Installation, inspection, and restoration of electrical frameworks, including DC power systems.
• Diagnosis and correction of faults, with the ability to independently choose optimal solutions.
• Supervision of internal/subcontractor teams for electrical equipment servicing.
• Customer interaction to assess and address electrical issues.
• Inventory management and task logging for cost calculation.
• Compliance with safety regulations.
• Acts as the company qualifier for electrical contractor licenses across multiple states.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Relevant apprenticeship completion and state license for practicing as a journeyman electrician
• Four years of experience as a journeyman electrician
• Valid driver’s license; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Ability to obtain Electrical Contractor Qualifier Licenses in multiple states as required

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (accredited)
• Field engineering experience, particularly in telco, data centers, or critical power facilities
• Strong organizational, leadership, project management, and communication skills
