Orion Talent, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Field Service Engineer position with a leading global manufacturer of coding and marking solutions.
Position Details
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ. (Will service Burlington, NJ, Cherry Hill, NJ, and South NJ). Must live within an hour of these locations.
Compensation: $28/hr. Overtime is available. Annual bonus up to $12,00 performance based.
Shift: 8AM-430PM; Occasional weekend shift.
Travel: Daily local travel. Will be initial training in Atlanta, GA.

Position Description
As a Field Service Engineer, you are the eyes and ears of the company when providing service and support through customer interactions. Within your role, you will:
• Provide ongoing care and support for our customer's equipment.
• Install our products and solutions at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems.
• Become a trusted advisor and partner for customers, to develop excellent relationships.
• Extend the company’s footprint in the market by promoting their service agreements and newer technology.
• Partner with customers to assess their needs, manage their expectations, and drive results.
• Proactively listen to customers, anticipate their needs, follow through, and work towards a mutually agreeable solution.
• Collaborate with teammates, managers and customers.
Position Requirements
• Minimum 1-year mechanical experience and customer support.
• Good DMV record.
• Ability to problem-solve using available resources and creative solutions to resolve customer issues and will know when to ask for help.
