Position Details: Engineering Manager
• Location: Livonia, MI (West Detroit)
• Shift: M-F Day Shift with some variation based on projects/customer needs
• Compensation: $115k-$130k based on experience

Position Description:
Responsible for ensuring that projects and engineering duties are fulfilled. Should have a diverse engineering background with reverse engineering experience along with corrective engineering and prototype development.
Requirements:
• Significant experience in an engineering or technical environment (degree beneficial but not required)
• Great interpersonal skills to manage a team of engineers, offer constructive feedback, and develop a team
• Able to interface with customers, understand concepts, and interpret them to others
• Strong analytical, mathematic, and budgetary skills/understanding
• Strong Project Management skills (PMP and Lean Six training highly sought)
