Position Details:
• Title: Manager Radiation Protection Operations
• Location: Cordova, IL (Quad Cities Facility)
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Compensation: $147-164k Base Salary, plus annual bonus

Position Description:
Accountable for the in-field application of policies and procedure relating to applies Radiation Protection programs. Directly manages the Radiation Protection first line Supervisors and Radiation Protection Technician activities in their daily support of plant operations and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
• Navy Nuke Background with commercial nuclear experience (~5 years) is the ideal fit
• Degree in relevant field (Nuclear Engineering, Health Physica, EHS, etc.)
• Prior supervisory and/or leadership experience
• Must be technically knowledgeable of plant operations and systems
• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
• Will complete supervisory/management training and development programs upon hire
