Position Details:
Title: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Site Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm
Compensation: $80K - $90K annually (depending on experience)

Position Description | Information and communication technology (ICT) Site Manager
The Data Center Site Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of data center infrastructure projects, including the deployment of structured cabling systems, fiber optic and copper installations, rack & stack configurations, and the implementation of ladder runners, raceways, busways, and all above-the-rack infrastructure. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management acumen to successfully deliver complex data center projects on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale data center builds or retrofits, with a focus on quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Weekly meeting with client team to understand priorities, report constraints and plan new requests.
• Weekly meeting with company senior management - reporting of risks, project requests and milestones.
• Auditing installation
• Managing team members attendance and holidays
• Tracking installation on client & company project tools
• Updating company daily productivity tracker (daily)
• Updating client weekly productivity tracker (weekly)
• Planning resources for mobilization or demobilization of projects
• Team performance reviews.
• Medium to Advanced PC Skills

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience leading data center teams. You should also possess a strong understanding of Copper and Fiber Optics and previous success managing complex commercial projects.

To be successful in this role, you must also have proven knowledge of critical facility or Data Center equipment and their components including Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Power Distribution Unit (PDU), Static Transfer Switches (STS), EG, Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC), Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH), etc.
