Position Details:
• Title: Operations Manager
• Location: San Antonio, TX office based with travel to customer sites during inspection rounds. Customers in is region are educational institution campuses.
• Schedule: This is a second shift role (5pm – 1 am) but you are not tied to the shift. Much like OOD, you must know what is going on during your rotation but your start and end times can vary once you can trust and empower your teams.
• Compensation: Target base salary $55K - $75K
o Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Annual performance bonus (averages 5-10%); company vehicle, Corporate AMEX, etc

Position Description: This role manages a team of over 75 on-site facilities maintenance personnel stationed at campuses throughout the San Antonio area. You will guide their efforts to ensure 100% quality service coverage across all customers in your region. You will have:
o Full ownership of contract performance, team execution, and quality standards across multiple sites.
o Recruiting, hiring, training, and managing teams with high accountability and clear KPIs.
o Problem-solving in real time, anticipating issues before they happen and building long-term solutions.
o Client relationship management with weekly check-ins and scope alignment.
o Process improvement and documentation using tools like Smart Inspect and KPI tracking systems.
o Driving company values (LDRSHIP) in culture, communication, and day-to-day leadership.
