Shift: 1 opening Fri Sat Sun 3 12's 6PM-6:30AM 1 opening Mon-Thur 4 10's 4:30 PM - 3 AM

Position Description:
They currently have an immediate need for Production Supervisors to oversee assembly, machining and process operations. The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 10-20 employees in assembly or fabrication operations and will oversee and organize production schedules for quality, cost and schedule, as well as communicate weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives by assigning workflows to their team and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role, is preferred to have an associate degree in a technical field. They should have previous production experience in an assembly environment (Aerospace preferred) or equivalent military experience. Candidates must have at least 2-4 years of supervisory experience, plus if union. They should have experience with Lean/ Six Sigma tools and have efficient computer skills with a proficiency in MS Office applications. Candidates need to be process driven, and have knowledge in manufacturing safety practices – PPE, FOD, OSHA, SMS, ISO, MSDS, etc. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred) is also a plus. Military veterans with an aerospace and a strong leadership background are also highly desired.
