Position Details:
Title: Advanced Management Candidate
Location: Conshohcken, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Pawtucket, RI; Troy, MI
Shift: M-F; with flex hours/days that are project based, ~50 hrs. depending on client needs
Compensation: $100k - $110k
Bonuses/Additional Compensation: Annual bonus, Company phone/computer, Vehicle allowance/package

Position Description:
Advanced Management Candidates will be trained and prepped for Senior Leadership roles. Each assignment prior to the role of General Manager will be hands-on and designed to teach the fundamentals of that department, to include four major areas: Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years of leadership experience
Current Driver’s License
Must be willing to relocate within the Northeast region upon completion of program (~12-24 months)
