Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Burlington, NJ – just outside of Philadelphia
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM to 3 PM. + callouts/emergencies as required
Compensation: $75-$85k (hourly equivalent), depending on experience + OT

Position Description: The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing the maintenance operations in a manufacturing facility. This senior-level position involves conducting complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing guidance to junior technicians.
Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
Execute complex maintenance tasks, including equipment diagnostics and repair.
Troubleshoot machinery issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Conduct routine and preventive maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and costs.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices within the maintenance team.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Vocational or technical training in maintenance or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
Demonstrated experience in a senior or lead maintenance role.
Experience with Homag or Komo woodworking machinery will set you apart!
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced proficiency in maintenance techniques, including equipment diagnostics, repair, and troubleshooting.
Extensive knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Problem-solving abilities and a strong commitment to quality.
Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
