Position Details:
• Title: Technical Instructor
• Location: Columbus, OH
• Shift or Travel: M-F Day Shift (8A-4P) with some variation
• Compensation: $105k based on experience

Position Description:
Instructors will perform training of field service associates, customers, and service partners on all UPS, power, and monitoring systems. Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs.
Requirements:
• Two year electrical/electronic technical degree or equivalent training/field experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with an emphasis on presentation and facilitation skills for both the classroom and lab environments
• Excellent organizational & time management skills. Must be able to effectively multitask
• Detail oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work without direct supervision
• Strong PC skills including virtual learning technologies (e.g. Microsoft Teams, WebEx, Skype)
• Experience with UPS, power, or power monitoring systems a plus
• Knowledge of, and experienced with, adult learning theory and principles or training in a military trainer experience a plus
