Position Details:
• Title: Quality Manager
• Location: Milwaukee, WI
• Shift: M-F 8A – 5P (some variation)
• Compensation: $95k - $125k plus bonus

• Travel: 10% travel (training, trade shows, client needs, etc.)

Position Description:
Ensure conformance to AS9120 Quality Management Systems requirements and standards actively participate in maintaining the Quality Manuals and all associated documents. Will work with Director of Quality, Operations, Internal Auditing Teams, and Corrective Action programs for quality systems. Train personnel on quality standards and requirements, supports customer returns and vendor claims, works with receiving and shipping inspection and quality control functions as needed. Will be responsible to identify discrepant parts and generate non-conformance reports and initiate corrective actions as well as participate in vendor approval process. Maintain required publications, ensuring they are current. Monitor shelf life and life limited products to help ensure they are properly documented and stored, monitor scrap program and ensure scrap documentation is properly maintained, and maintain company records as required. Additional duties may be assigned in application to maintaining the Quality System.

Requirements:
• Previous applicable experience or/and a related degree
• Proficient in aircraft drawings and technical data
• Experience with AS9120 and/or ASA-100 standards
• Ideally has experience/knowledge with government purchasing systems/processes
• Experience with receiving and shipping inspections and warehousing
