Position Details:
Title: Project Manager
Locations: Coopersburg, PA , Conshohocken PA, LA, San Francisco, Chicago, or NYC
Shift: Primarily daytime hours Mon.-Fri.
Compensation: DOE (includes base, bonus incentives and relocation funding)

Position Description: A successful Project Manager will actively manage a large portfolio of commercial projects to ensure customer expectations are met, while also maintaining company profitability and quality measures. This includes cultivating and maintaining relationships with our channel partners. Coordinating resources for timely execution and delivery of project documentation, submittals, on-site and virtual project meetings, startup/programming, training delivery and ongoing support.
• Manage change orders, impacts to project schedule and finances
• Coordinate the accurate and on-time delivery of company products
• Communicate with all external project stakeholders (specifiers, reps, distributors, contractors, end users, and others as appropriate)
• Report and escalate any challenges to company management for timely resolution
• Represent the company at mid and high-level construction project meetings

Preferred Qualifications:
• Construction Industry related work experience (Project Management, Estimating, Coordination, Design, etc.)
• Degree or Equivalent experience (Engineering, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Architectural, Construction Management)
