Position Details:
• Title: Division Chief / Master Plumber
• Location: Pittsburgh, PA
• Shift: M-F 8a-4p
• Compensation: $110k-125k + employee-owned equity

Position Description:
Responsible for the Plumbing Division and the safety, performance, and development its employees, as well as oversight of associated subcontractors and equipment, along with regulatory compliance and financial performance. In collaboration with the Company President, lead employees and manage operations to drive performance and long-term growth.
Requirements:
• Registered Master Plumber
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Excellent understanding of plumbing industry technologies and advancements.
• Valid drivers' license.
• Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
