Position Details:
Title: Field Service Technician – Analytical
Location: Houston, TX (Remote)
Shift: Day shift
Compensation: $90K-110K

Position Description:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with company quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
• Providing knowledge of and conduct work activities in compliance with the company HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), company Way, and Safety Manual & Safety policy always.
• Maintain knowledge of, and conduct work activities in compliance with all safety policies.
• Develop and further expand technical knowledge and expertise, currently recognized industry standards for engineering ability.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable product line warranties and accomplish effective warranty administration.
• Be responsible for hands-on execution of projects including startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive and unplanned maintenance of Measurement and Analytics products including but not limited to Gas Chromatograph Analyzers (GC), Continuous Gas Analyzers (CGAs), Laser Analyzers, Analyzer Network products, Reid Vapor Pressure Analyzers, FT-IR, and FT-NIR Analyzers.
• Perform administrative functions such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, completing reports for customers, time sheets, and expense reports on a timely and thorough basis.
• Exercise good judgment in controlling costs and expenditures of company funds. Protect the company's capital investments by properly safeguarding and maintaining that equipment for which responsible.
• Strive to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction in all transactions and relationships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation and/or Electrical Engineering (OR a High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of engineering / field experience) OR Associates degree in Instrumentation and or Analyzer applied sciences
• Strong technical background in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive, and unplanned maintenance of products including but not limited to flow, pressure, temperature, level meters and continuous water analyzers.
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
• Military Preferred
