Position Details:
Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Waukesha, WI
Shift/Schedule:
• 2nd Shift: 3:00-11:00pm Monday - Friday
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday - Thursday
Compensation:
• $35-40/hr + Shift Differential & OT
Benefits: 401K, MED/DEN/VIS
Relocation: On a case-by-case basis
Position Description:
As a Maintenance Technician you are to ensure that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, repairs, and complete preventive maintenance service.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production. Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
• Performs duties including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
• Supports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S
• Responsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facility and participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Direct mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical repair and troubleshooting experience (480v 3phase). Experience reading blueprints and schematics is required. Basic building maintenance experience is a plus.
• Great role for Veterans with post service industrial maintenance experience.
