Title: Regional Service Manager - West
Location: Remote CA: commutable to Cypress, CA office
Shift: Mon-Fri. Typically 8am -5 pm
Compensation: $115k+ (salary would be commensurate with experience/ location) + $670 month vehicle stipend – Gas and Vehicle Services covered by company (Personal & Business use)

Travel: Amount discretionary based off individual; Travel to check on crews/projects; meetings/training, etc.
Position Description:
The Regional Service Manager is responsible and accountable to directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the Field Service team in the region. They are responsible for handling service solutions and monitoring the staff’s performance in providing the highest quality services for customer within their designated areas. They will oversee regional Service team scheduling. The position is also responsible to manage daily communication with leadership and staff to ensure proper execution in fulfilling customer service needs.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have experience leading service technicians (12-18 direct reports) in a field service type industry or a military veteran responsible for planning, scheduling, and leading crews for service type work. Candidates should be able to articulately speak at how they lead and assess talent. They should also have outstanding communication skills as there will be customer interaction. If a candidate has a degree or is mechanically or electrically inclined, that is a plus but not required.
