Title: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Supervisor
Location: Austin, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm
Compensation: $65K - $80K annually (depending on experience)

Position Description | Information and communication technology (ICT) Supervisor
The ICT Supervisor will manage a team of technicians in the physical deployment of cabling infrastructure, workflow coordination, work site surveys, installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems, installation of fiber optic and alarm systems, implementation of security measures, programming and installation of printers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• HSE paperwork
• safe start permits (daily)
• tool boxes talks (weekly)
• Receiving work from management and delegating this work to technicians
• Reporting progress back to the manager (daily)
• Ensuring workspace is setup for safe start (daily)
• Ensuring correct routes are used
• Ensuring correct racks are used
• Ensuring correct cable is used
• Working with the technicians to achieve their goals when needed.
• Training and mentorship of technicians
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of Copper and Fiber Optics. You should also have strong leadership experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, streamlining installation processes, and managing complex commercial projects.
To be successful in this role, you also must have experience with the physical deployment of cabling infrastructure, workflow coordination, work site surveys, and training and mentorship of technicians. You should also have previous experience with the installation and maintenance of structured cabling systems, installation of fiber optic and alarm systems, implementation of security measures, programming and installation of printers.
