Title: Facility Security Coordinator
Location: Inglewood, CA
Shift: Flexible – 40 hours and 5 days per week, but schedule days/hours can be flexible
Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 (hourly) + OT + $500/month bonus + phone allowance

Position Description:
You will be the company representative who is responsible to conduct and ensure compliance with the facility cargo screening program by following the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulatory requirements for a Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF). This is out of the Los Angeles area.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure all cargo screeners and cargo screening supervisors are properly trained and have completed all required training (initial and recurring) and provide proof to the TSA upon request
Conduct a written or electronic file assessment outlining the occurrence of screening issues including detailed reports on circumstances and resolutions
Conduct daily check of cargo screening logs to verify all required information is documented
Conduct daily comparison of cargo screening logs with airway bills to verify all cargo was tendered
Ensure cargo screeners do not conduct more than 60 minutes of a continuous visual examination of x-ray of images
Monitor Closed Circuit Television footage of cargo screening for a minimum of three hours
Conduct weekly internal audits at least two times and unannounced inspections
Coordinate monthly audits with the independent auditor and retain all items for record-keeping purposes
Conduct physical monitoring of the DSA and cargo screening operations during a CCTV equipment failure
Requirements:
Non-commissioned officer military experience
Excellent communication skills required.
Strong administrative acumen.
Preferred background in administrative programs like Quality Assurance, Safety, Auditing, or management of 3MC programs
Need innovative thinking, outside of the box perspectives and experience leader.
