Position Details:

• Title: Project Manager, Commissioning
• Location: Live anywhere close to an airport. Ideal locations include Phoenix, Ashburn, VA (DC area or N VA) Atlanta, Dallas. These locations would allow for less travel because many of the current projects are in these cities. That said, you can truly live anywhere
• Shift: Day Shift
• Compensation: $110-$120k plus bonus
• Benefits: Med/Den/Vis, 401k w/ company match, PTO, and more!
• Travel: *High*70% domestic travel, company card provided for all expenses. Local travel reimbursement. This travel could be a little less if you live close to a current project.

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
• Manage design reviews of systems.
• Develop, oversee and write startup and commissioning policies and procedures.
• Manage the QA/QC of the equipment installation.
• Manage construction observations and develop functional test plans.
• Oversea tests for a wide variety of electrical and mechanical systems and to ensure testing is performed in conformance with standards and procedures.
• Commission mission critical center equipment systems, such as power generation and distribution systems, uninterruptible power supplies, static transfer switches, PDU's, BAS & BMS systems and HVAC equipment.

Requirements:
• 7 years of industry experience in either electrical power distribution or mechanical systems or both. AA degree, military training or equivalent work experience.
• Experience doing commissioning work in a mission critical commercial company.
• Experience in diagnosing and solving construction and operational problems.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Must have or be able to obtain a passport.
• Demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Commissioning Engineer.
• Proficient in BCA, PECI and/or ASHRAE commissioning procedures.
• Hospital, biotech, data center, and energy analysis experience is preferred.
