Position Details: Site Project Manager

• Location: Columbus, OH
• Duration: This project as well as others in the area should proceed for the next 24 month
• Shift: Monday - Friday
• Travel: Some local travel and occasional travel for training
• Training: OJT
• Compensation: $30-$38

Veteran Profiles: Nuke Petty Officers, or Veteran profiles with post military Superintendent/Site Manager experience in residential, or commercial.

Position Description:
The Site Manager oversees the execution of the project as directed by the RRSA Project Manager or its representative. This includes overseeing and receiving RRSA deliveries, coordination of RRSA work with the site team, coordination of RRSA subsidiaries, execution tasks and duties as directed by the Project Manager. The Site Manager is part of the overall project team and reports functionally to the Project Manager. The position is to lead multiple projects as assigned in close coordination with account / program management. This position will execute projects in adherence to strict budget, schedule, and scope as outlined in the customer contract.
• Act as the contact for the customer’s project team on the project site. Attending meetings with customer’s project team and prepare Minutes of Meeting.
• Lead a cross functional site team. Set and continually manage project expectations with internal and external customers, effectively communicate project expectations quickly and clearly. Set and

• Proactively manage scope changes, crises and risks and create contingency and mitigation plans in coordination with Project Manager.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports (schedule, cost vs. budget, risks, tasks, etc.) to executive management.
• Prepare and deliver demand planning for resources and material needed at site.
• Prepare, support, and lead regularly scheduled project meetings.
• Determine the frequency and content of status meetings and reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Identify potential additional revenue opportunities within the project.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle, with the ability work across multiple departments. Enforce RRSA safety and ethics regulations at the project sites.
• Assess project status via onsite meetings and work with contractors concerning generator set installation.
• Promote a compliance culture in areas of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Global Code of Conduct.
• Perform special tasks as required.
Requirements:
• Self-driven and organized.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles as it applies to power generation.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge and ability to communicate in building construction situations involving M/E Contractors, Design Engineers, and Commissioning Engineers.
• Ability to read project plans, electrical, mechanical, and all related schematics.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignments simultaneously.
