• Title: Service Technician (Ophthalmic Equipment)
• Location: Jacksonville, FL
• Shift: M-F

Position Description: Responsibilities include:
• Evaluate, rebuild, calibrate, test, decommission, repair, and install ophthalmic equipment.
• Communicate with management, distributors and user personnel to develop repair and testing
standards.
• Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
• Evaluate precision and accuracy of repair and testing equipment.
Requirements:
• AS in Electronics Engineering Technology, equivalent Military training or Trade School and 1 years’
experience
• Electronics, technological, and mechanical aptitude
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Must be timely and able to follow specific and detailed instructions
• Must have attention to detail and work in an organized manner
