Location: Albuquerque, NM.

Compensation: $120K-130K plus 15% annual bonus

Position Description:
The Production Manager role ensures efficient and cost-effective production by meeting order demand, specifications, quality, and planning targets. This includes coordinating and managing plant equipment, personnel, and production processes to achieve the desired quantity, quality, budgeted costs, and productivity levels. The role also involves developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to drive operational performance and optimize working capital within Operations.
• Prepares the annual production budget, monitors progress, and implements necessary actions to address cost issues, ensuring operations remain within budget and available resources.
• Develops and executes plans to minimize non-value-added costs, enhance revenue, and exceed customer expectations by ensuring timely delivery of products, improving factory and supplier yields, and reducing product field failure rates.
• Ensures the implementation of Four Quadrants (4Q) program training and methods across the organization.
• Provides support during customer visits by showcasing the capabilities of the manufacturing facilities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of management experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic management skills, understanding of financial reports.
• Formulation and control of operating budgets.
• Knowledge of the following: EPA Regulations, rubber molding operations, Lean manufacturing, 5’s, and standardized work applications.
• Flexible to work across 3 shifts as needed.
