• Shift: modified 4-week rotation 48/36/48/36, plus OT
o DDD/X/NNN/XXX/DDDD/XXXXXXX/NNNN/XXX
• Compensation: $33-55 based on experience, expect 300-500 hours of OT at $49.50-$82.50
o Bonus: target bonus of 8%

Position Description:
The Control Room Operator is essentially responsible for the overall operations to include operating, monitoring, and controlling the status of all power plant systems from the Control Room. They will execute plant shut-down and start ups, responds to alarms and equipment issues, coordinates maintenance and work with current plant conditions and commercial commitments. Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure proper functioning of equipment at a Gas Plant for the Gas fleet, and as always promoting safe, effective, and reliable operation.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of related experience
• Minimum of a Massachusetts State 1st Class Fireman’s License is required.
• Satisfactory completion of Tier 3 within primary skill for position job performance measure
• Satisfactory completion of Tier 2 within another skill area job performance measure
• Demonstrate effective oral and verbal communications skills
• Must Pass the Poss/Mass pre- employment test
