Position Details:
• Title: Solar Site Manager
• Location: Lancaster, CA
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Compensation: $127-142k Base Salary, plus annual bonus

Position Description:
The Solar Operations and Maintenance Manager is responsible for safe, reliable, and environmental compliant operation of the Solar Fleet. Evaluates and manages site performance and initiates improvement affecting reliability, availability, and efficiency.
Requirements:
• Navy Nuke Background with renewable energy experience is the “ideal” fit
• Degree in relevant field or applicable experience
• Experience in the renewable energy or power generation/power plant sector
• Prior supervisory/management experience
• Must be technically knowledgeable of renewable energy operations
• Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
• Will complete First Line Supervisor assessment as part of the interview process
