Position Description:
The FSS will oversee power delivery projects, including installation, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical distribution equipment. This role involves leading outages, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with company’s health, safety, and environmental policies.
Perform hands-on execution of power delivery projects, including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, UPS, ATS, PLCs, relays, and power management control systems.
Lead field teams, technicians, and contractors in project execution and site management.
Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and engineering support for equipment and systems.
Prepare technical reports, job status updates, material orders, quotations, and expense tracking.
Conduct and support training programs to enhance technical knowledge.
Maintain cost control, safeguard company resources, and strive for customer satisfaction.
Work with customers and sales teams to identify service opportunities and execute project scopes.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of related field experience.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in field engineering, electrical distribution, or power systems.
Strong technical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel up to 75%; valid passport and driver’s license required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (background check and drug screen required).
