This is a new partnership invested in hiring military for their line leadership. These Production Supervisor roles are very akin to leading a light platoon. Your line will be 12-15 members and you will be responsible for day to day tactical employment.

Company Profile: Industrial manufacturing facility with 15 lines across fabrication and assembly engaged in building package residential and commercial HVAC units.
Position Description:
As a Production Supervisor, you will leverage your military leadership experience to oversee a manufacturing team,
ensuring operational excellence, safety, and quality. You will be responsible for leading a team, optimizing production
processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Requirements:
This company is invested in hiring former platoon leaders, platoon sergeants and similar for their production lines. Your ability to lead teams, make data-driven decisions, and drive mission success is key to this role.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
