Position Details:
Title: Project Manager
Location: Beltsville, MD – DC Metro
Shift: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift business hours
Compensation: $100-$150k depending on qualification and experience. + annual company performance bonus!

Travel: Local travel to project sites may be required. Most projects are within 100mi of DC.
Position Description: Company is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their Project Management department. As part of this department, the knowledge gained during your college coursework and military career will be applied daily in real-life applications. Some of the tasks performed by a Project Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Performing take-off and estimating of mechanical and plumbing work.
• Solicitation of proposals, materials, and equipment from vendors and subcontractors.
• Reviewing and processing coordinated drawings, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Reviewing and processing RFI’s (requests for information).
• Building and updating project schedules.
• Reviewing installed work for completion as well as compliance with plans.
• Assisting in analyzing labor productivity and overall project cost control and analysis.
• Other tasks as required to assist the project team.
Requirements: The ideal candidate is a Junior Military Officer or Senior NCO with strong leadership abilities, communication, and a drive to succeed. Experience in supply and logistics will help you in this role.
