Orion Talent, the nation’s largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals to be an Account Manager with an internationally leading aerospace and defense providing innovative, cost-effective Spares, Repairs Services, and Solutions: being a One Stop Shop for the Commercial and Military aircraft operators around the world.

Position Details:
• Title: Account Manager – Europe/Middle East
• Location: Milwaukee, WI (On-site full time for first 90 days, then hybrid)
• Shift: M-F 8A – 5P (some variation)
• Compensation: $65k - $70k plus bonus

• Travel: 40% travel (training, trade shows, client needs, etc.)

Position Description:
The primary responsibility of the Account manager is to seek out and develop new business along with maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. You are the primary representative of the organization to many customers and must ensure that the company is represented professionally and responsibly by maintaining a high level of service, quality, and responsiveness. Will set sales objectives and execute an accompanying sales strategy. Conduct field sales calls as necessary. Participate in quotation process to develop and make ethical and responsible pricing decisions. Follow up with customers on all necessary actions, including but not limited to service, orders, invoicing, delivery, and act as a liaison to ensure all expectations are communicated, understood, and met. Participate in tradeshows to represent and promote the company. Develop an understanding of customer needs and demands, along with market trends, to help develop additional business opportunities. Additional tasks may be assigned.

Requirements:
• Prior sales and/or account management experience
• Degree or related experience relevant to the position and/or industry
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency for foreign languages strongly preferred
• Customer focus minded, attention to detail, and high energy to engage with customers
• Highly adept with Microsoft Office suite
