Location: Pasco, WA
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm

Position Description:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will supervise, direct and coordinate the activities relating to building maintenance, construction projects, equipment maintenance and repair, plant purchasing and parts inventory to maintain maximum equipment efficiencies in a safe food processing environment. This position works closely with all plant departments and receives direction from the Division manager on a regular basis.
Requirements:
A candidate for this role should have five or more years’ experience in industrial maintenance. They should have a strong leadership background with excellent supervisory and coaching skills. They should have strong mechanical, electrical knowledge and repair capabilities as well as project management skills. Must have a valid driver’s license. Excellent opportunity for a former veteran to take their skills in maintenance and leadership into their civilian career.
