Compensation: $25-$30/hr, w/OT $200 monthly attendance bonus day/ $400 nights
Shift: 2/2/3 schedule, 6am-6pm days, 6pm-6am nights

Position Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment. As part of the team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various machinery to uphold safety standards and optimize production efficiency.
Position Requirements
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in maintaining equipment integrity. Will demonstrate schedule flexibility, including availability to work weekdays and weekends across day or night shifts.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic in an industrial setting, with specific experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to effectively repair and replace defective parts and equipment.
• A military background will set you apart to the Hiring Manager.
