Having been to a few of Orion’s hiring events, I thought the meet-and-greet beforehand with the different companies was a big positive over other events. It allowed us to get a lot of great information in an informal setting and be a little more relaxed during the interview. In addition, my recruiter, Jim Lewis, was great. He definitely got to know me more personally than just what was on my resume.
