Orion International is an outstanding organization that will help you find your next career. Prior to working with Orion, I tried all the websites, and I even utilized several recruiting firms. It didn't work for me. I believed that with my background, I would not be unemployed very long. That was not the case when using these avenues. I would email my resume and receive the automated reply. Never to be heard again.

The one major thing that Orion does, and does very well, is place you in front of great companies looking to hire. These companies get a firsthand view of who you are and place a face with the resume. Orion also coordinates career-building sessions and socials with of these same companies. You get to see what they are looking for and then get the opportunity to interact with the various HR Departments in a relaxed environment.

Once I contacted Orion, the ball immediately starting rolling in the right direction. Within a matter of a few calls and a scheduled hiring fair, I was in front of a company that would take interest in my skills and eventually hire me.
