I medically retired from the Air Force in January 2014. My career as a pilot ended due to unforeseen circumstances, and I found myself falling in to my backup plan. The only problem was I didn’t know how to get from point A to point B. The Air Force offers a Transition Assistance Program to help in circumstances like this; however, that program doesn’t give you all the information you need to get to point B, and that’s where Orion International filled in the missing pieces.

Todd Phillips was my recruiter and was with me every step of the way through the hiring process. He gave me the tools I needed to successfully approach an interview from start to finish. His key advice helped me land the job I currently hold and switch careers from being a pilot to becoming an engineer.
