I contacted Orion when I was close to my 90-day mark, and they asked me several questions about where I wanted to go and what I was interested in. When it came closer to time to really start looking for a job, they helped me with my resume by making it more professional and understandable. I was then invited to a hiring conference where I had a group of companies I chose to interview with. After I completed the interviews, I had several companies ask me out for a second interview onsite. I was offered several positions.  My wife and I chose the position we thought was best for our family.
