I began my job search in September 2005, ten months before I officially separated from the military where I served as a 1LT (promotable) Branched Armor in the US Army. I had received numerous mailings from Orion and decided to give them a try, as well as interview with other recruiting agencies. I did my homework and successfully interviewed with several different agencies.

At Orion, my recruiter treated me very well and with the utmost respect. He responded to my inquiry with a detailed list of companies seeking candidates in a specific region. I was unable to attend any conferences, but I did pick a company from the list he sent me and put all my eggs in that one basket. And it worked for me! I am now a group leader for the Target Corporation. It is not only the type of job I was looking for, but is THE job I was looking for in exactly the location I wanted.

Compared to the other agencies I worked with, Orion most closely suited my needs. Unlike Orion, the competition does not grant much flexibility in terms of locations for potential jobs. Orion worked with me and managed to give me exactly what I wanted where I wanted.
