Following my separation from the Navy, I became connected with Todd Phillips.  He spent much time helping me to refine my skills, marketing my military experiences to civilian companies.  Furthermore, both Todd and the rest of the team at Orion showed true concern for me, as an individual.  My questions and concerns were taken seriously, and they responded quickly to phone calls and emails. 

Orion takes the time to properly prepare candidates for the questions that they will receive in interviews through mock interviews, webinars, and company profiles with invaluable information.  Without this help from Todd and Orion, I do not believe that my transition from military to civilian would have been this easy or successful.  I am deeply grateful to everyone on the Orion staff and their care for me as an individual during this transition.
