I was introduced to an opportunity with my new employer, Accredited Home Lenders, after only one inquiry to Orion International, which was a much more productive and timely response than I got from another military-focused recruiter. Unlike that other recruiter, the Orion representatives I worked with encouraged me to conduct my own thorough research, so I was able to determine which company I wanted to pursue with confidence. I am very pleased to be enrolled in Accredited’s Management Trainee Program, because it is the right fit for my career aspirations based on both my transferable military skills and experience. I appreciate Orion’s approach because it allowed me to stay in control of the job search and make confident decisions.
