I went to one hiring conference hosted by Orion where I interviewed with four companies in my desired location. Three out of the four companies were interested in me, and I chose the best deal for me. Orion got me into a job conference faster than any other recruiting firm and had more options that applied to my preferences.

It was extremely beneficial to get face-to-face interviews based on the needs of the individual and the companies rather than just what a piece of paper says about a person. Orion was able to get companies to value an individual person and what they stand for rather than basic qualifications on a resume.
