I began searching for jobs through Orion International in May 2007, the same month that I separated from the Army as a Captain. Orion’s services had been brought to my attention by a personal friend. My recruiter did a great job. She kept me up-to-date and was up-front with me when there weren't any opportunities that fit me at the time. She definitely didn't push me into job openings that weren't the best fit for me. In the end, I got a position as a Sales Engineer, which was just the type of job I wanted. I landed a great job! Compared to their competitors, Orion provided much more personalized service and individual attention. My overall experience with Orion was great. The team was fun to work with, and I really believe they had my best interests in mind.
