After attending the US Coast Guard Academy and graduating in 2001, I served for five years and reached the rank of Lieutenant. In March 2006, I began my job search in preparation for a July separation. A co-worker referred me to Orion International. I worked mainly with JP Sniffen and was very impressed with him. He treated me very professionally, and I felt that I was important to him…not just another 'number'. I attended a Seattle hiring conference and received a job offer to be a Production Supervisor for a large cast parts company. This was exactly the type of job I was looking for. Overall, I felt that Orion far exceeded the other recruiters I worked with. I feel that Orion was truly trying to meet all of my needs (location, type of position, etc.), and they were not just trying to find me some job and move on to the next candidate. Did Orion meet my needs? YES!!
