I started looking for a new career via Orion International in January 2007 in preparation for my separation from the Air Force in September. I was very skeptical about using a recruiter, but I am very glad that I did. Orion International opened doors for me that otherwise would not have been there. My recruiters, Katrina Ross and JP Sniffen, also encouraged me to look at careers I hadn't previously considered.

Katrina and JP were also very helpful in preparing me for the hiring conference I attended, as well as the multiple company site visits/interviews. They did a great job of matching my needs with specific companies. On multiple occasions, I was even referred to companies that were not attending hiring conferences for one-on-one interviews.

Part of the appeal of Orion for me was the fact that there was no exclusivity agreement. This allowed me to search for jobs on my own, as well; although it was Orion that helped me land my position as Production Supervisor with PCC Structurals. The attitude and demeanor of the staff was also a great plus!
