I was an E-5 in the USMC with five years of service when I began looking for civilian work in January 2006. I initially tried to search for work on my own. It wasn't until I heard from my uncle about how Orion International works with separating military personnel and that you don’t charge the individual, unlike many recruiting companies that charge the candidate a fee, that I decided to contact your company.

I want to thank JIm Lewis for doing an astounding job in finding employment for me. I was given the chance to interview with key companies that sparked my interest and am very happy with the position that I have taken. It allows me to work in an environment that I am used to physically, as well as mentally. I believe I have more room for advancement with McKinstry than I ever would have with any other company, as the leaders and management of the company are previous technicians that worked in the respective fields that they manage and oversee.

The majority of separating military believe that the jobs they performed in the service are the jobs that they will most likely attain in the civilian world. If they cannot attain this type of employment, they resort to work that is below them. It must be made known that under-qualified doesn't mean unemployed! I will never regret contacting Orion!
