After 20 years of service in the US Navy, I retired as Electricians Mate First Class August 2008. I began looking for a job at that same time. I contacted a few different recruiting firms, but frankly no one except for Orion contacted me back. My recruiter was Jim Lewis, and he made me feel right at home. Jim helped me to expand my resume and see beyond my current tunnel vision of job search.

At first, I was really nervous about transitioning and was not sure what to expect. Then I opened up to all options and did not let location boundaries keep me in a rut. By doing so, Orion and Jim were able to match me up with several companies, both locally and afar. I interviewed with more companies in one hiring conference with Orion than in two months worth of job searching on my own. I owe my new career to Jim and Orion. I can't thank Orion enough!.
