Jim Lewis, my Orion recruiter, treated me with great professionalism throughout the hiring process and understood my knowledge level. I attended three hiring conferences due to my location preference. At the third one I had four interviews, three local and one non-local company. I had follow-up interviews with two of the companies. The whole time I was in weekly contact with either Jim or Jay Koranda.

Orion placed me in a company that I would of never have thought my skills would apply to. My skills are actually needed and respected here. Although it took me three conferences to find a job in the location I wanted, it worked out for me. I went from working in a manufacturing company, earning a lot less than the state's average wage, to a professional engineering position earning above the median wage. I owe this to Orion doing the research on companies that fit my profile and abilities. Thanks for helping me, Orion.
