When I decided to start searching for jobs after my time in the Air Force, I conducted an online search, which led me to Orion International. At Orion, I worked with JP Sniffen and Bill Fitzgerald. I was treated with respect and understanding in a friendly relationship.

The hiring process I went through with Orion was actually enjoyable. It started with an online conference with JP. Next, I practiced my interview skills with Bill and then interviewed with several companies. At the hiring conference I attended, I met with companies I was interested in, and, more importantly, I got feedback from how the interviews progressed. I felt I was very prepared for every interview I engaged in and had a lot of information about companies before stepping into the room. Bill did an outstanding job and provided real-time feedback to make my process easier.

I have been busy at my new job as a Production Manager, Pacific Northwest, for Blue Rhino. I believe Orion did the job so well that I won't be going through this process again, as the fit with my new company is absolutely perfect.
