My experience with the Orion International San Diego hiring conference differed greatly from my first job hunting experience with them in terms of how I was placed. The first time around I interviewed with my former employer, was promptly hired, and didn't even look at other companies. My former employer was shutting down due to the housing crisis, and I went back to Orion because of their previous success, but also because I saw it as a way to get my foot in the door with a variety of quality companies who understood that value I brought with me.

The hiring conference was a terrific way to see a variety of companies and really improved my interviewing confidence. I will be an Area Manager for Amazon.com here in Las Vegas. The job met every need I had with regard to position, location and compensation. I’m still smiling!
