It’s been a great two weeks at Limbach, and it’s largely because of the efforts of the Orion International team! After I separated from the Army as a Captain in September 2007, I really didn't know where to go with my career outside the military. I was soon in contact with JP Sniffen at Orion, and he explained to me what the Orion team did. I decided that I didn't have anything to lose and allowed JP to use my resume. Within a week, I received a phone call from an Orion account executive to set me up with an interview. I went through about two to three interviews, until I received word about a hiring conference from JP in November. I was very impressed with the hiring conference in San Diego because of the dozens of firms that participated in the event. This is also where I initially interviewed with Limbach.

The hiring conference was a great opportunity for me to speak directly to dozens of firms instead of waiting through the typical resume-to-interview period that I would have experienced had I utilized an online resume website. JP, Katrina Ross, and the rest of the candidate recruiters were always motivated and put great effort into getting me interviews. I worked with another job placement firm, but they were never able to get me an interview. In contrast, Orion got me close to a dozen interviews. I am thoroughly impressed with Orion and have recommended them to my fellow colleagues that are planning to separate from the military.
