My Orion International recruiter was JP Sniffen in San Diego. JP was very helpful throughout the transitioning process and treated me with nothing but respect. I believed that my concerns and occupational needs were considered and met with the opportunities that were available.

I will be a Warehouse Supervisor for McKesson, which is exactly the type of work that I was looking for. This job has very similar and transferable skill sets from my jobs in the military. Orion met my needs with all the possibilities. Possibilities are the most important thing for someone separating out the military.

The Orion hiring conferences were excellent. The candidates at the conference were separated into groups, which made the experience a bit more personal, because the groups were smaller. Additionally, my group leader was the same person who I had been speaking with on the phone. This helped by making the conference more interesting, because I was being assisted by someone who already had an understanding of my needs.

The Orion experience was a positive one. I truly enjoyed the conferences and learned a lot about the process. The opportunities and possibilities that Orion presents are very reassuring to professionals separating from the service, hoping to find work in the citizen sector.
