When I landed only one or two interviews after fifty or so resume submissions on my own, I decided it was time to give Orion International a chance. The guys I worked with at Orion are great. Todd Phillips was my recruiter. He set up an interview outside of conference to accommodate my needs.

That interview began with a phone screening, which led to the onsite interview, personality testing, and than a job offer. Once the interviewing was done, Orion went to bat for me to get me a great starting salary. Todd gave me some good tips right before the phone screen and coached me before the interview. I am now a Packaging Line Team Leader with Miller Brewing. Not only is it the type of job I was looking for, but it is with a company I am excited about. Orion lined me up with a great company.

Orion is much more patient and understanding than other recruiting firms. I found this to be most true when it came to my location preference. Other recruiting agencies only wanted me to attend conferences; Orion went above and beyond by placing me outside of a conference. It was great to have Orion in my corner. I could not have gotten this job this quick without them!
