A recently separated fellow Navy Lieutenant, who was placed by Orion International, forwarded me Bill Fitzgerald's contact information when I separated from the military in June 2008. Bill invited me to the Seattle hiring conference and also informed me of the job opening at Precision Castparts.

Bill recognized my passion for technical leadership and immediately sent me all the information he had about Precision Castparts. He helped me create a stronger resume that highlighted my strengths and my experience, which directly impacted the success of my job search. Orion scheduled my initial interview with PCC, which was a phone interview, at the Seattle hiring conference. I then returned to Portland for three days of on-site interviews.

The job I hold, Production Supervisor at Precision Castparts, is the only job I wanted when I jumped in my pick-up and headed for the hiring conference. I live in one of the most liberal, forward-thinking, progressive cities in the country but am afforded the opportunity to lead people in an intensely technical industrial setting. It's perfect!
